The Scale Features a flip open cover to protect the weighing platform. which is nice because you don't want to damage it. The scale has multiple features.It has measurement modes which will help in measuring different items. It Includes: g / oz / ct / ozt / dwt / gn and measures up to 20 grams in increments of 0.001 grams. The best part is you can Carry it with you wherever you go and it won’t take up too much space. It is so compact, and lightweight. This scale was delivered promptly, and safely in its manufacturer's boxing, wrapped very well inside. The scale requires two AAA batteries (included) which were already inserted in the battery compartment found on the unit's underside. I pulled a plastic tab out of the battery compartment, and the scale was ready to use The scale's brushed stainless finish looks sharp and its LCD numbers are large and easy to read. It also has a blue back-light. The function buttons are easy to use, requiring only a light touch to turn it on or off, reset the tare weight (in order to get the net weight of items within your bowl), or switch between weight modes. I would highly recommend this scale to to friends family or anyone who doesn't have one and is in need of one.
