BEST DIGITAL THERMOMETER I HAVE USED YET!

I recently received the Chef Rimer Digital Cooking Thermometer. I have needed the probe style for quite some time now. I don't just use it for meat i use it to check to make sure my oil is at the right temp to, and this style of thermometer works perfect for that to. I like that it is digital so my reading is dead on. I also love the fact that it comes pre-loaded with the batteries in it and you can use it immediately after opening up.
